    When's DICE gonna give us what we paid for?. Paying 120$ for the deluxe edition and then having the game go on sale the next month for 40$ is a slap to the consumers race. We got absolutely nothing of value to warrant the purchase of the deluxe edition. I'm pretty sure I didn't even get half of what was sold to me.

    Am I the only one who thinks BF3's story is one of the greatest single player shooter experiences ever made?

    The audio is insanely impressive wether it's the badass music which is essentially just crazy low and deep, tension building frequency's or the actual sounds of weapons and explosions which can be deafening. The lighting and game engines used were revolutionary for the time and still hold up really well.

    The overall story isn't particularly memorable but certain sequences of the game are so well made that they still haven't been topped by anything since. The Paris mission has the greatest and most intense pacing of any single-player first person shooter experience that I can remember. 1 minute to breathe and prepare then 30 minutes of brutal shooting and chase sequences without a 2 second pause until the end.

    The Caspian Border sequence is amazing from both the Russian and American side and showing it from both sides without an overlap in content was brilliant. I particularly love the moment American and Russian troops clash in the fields. The first shots to ring out feel like the first shots fired at Lexington and Concord in terms of fictional historical significance.

    I've been a massive fan of the series since Bad Company and I know at this point number 3 is beginning to fade into obscurity but it will always be a preposterously cool and fun experience to go back to for me.

    TL;DR: Battlefield 3 is stupidly good and if you're a fan of the series and never played it, try it out.

    [BF5] Flying.

    Am I missing something? On PC and when someone isn't scooping plane instantly and riding it out to 80-0 the controls seem impossible to use. Mouse and Keyboard. Am I missing something basic to control them well?

    Others get it and easily strafe and bomb. Endlessly. I can't seem to control it to make one pass. Did either crashing or get instantly shot down by another plane or AA.

    And on the flip side. How do you shoot down a plane? In 90% of rounds someone gets a plane and just uses whole round. Making pass after pass bombing objectives. We have had an entire squad on 2 AA guns plus anti air attacks and the person just barrel rolls away. Takes what seems like an insane amount of flak. Flies to resupply and comes back and bombs is out anyways.

    It gets really old really fast.
