    So I used to play BF4 on console back in the day, loved the game, but now as a PC gamer I only own BF3 and BF1 on Origin. With the games now on Steam what should I get, BF4 or BFV? What game is more fun to play currently and is BFV even worth it anymore?

    How populated is BF4 and BF1 now with the steam release and which one should I buy?

    I've had every battlefield excluding BFV and the battlefields before 3 and each battlefield gives me a different nostalgia from the other however I'm not sure whether to get BF4 or BF1 or neither as I don't know if people still play them (I'm in the EU)?

    Getting back to BF from 2005

    Hey there, I was a huge fan of BF 2 back in the days and never played any battlefield after that one. Now I'd like to get back to BF but I'm not sure which one to take (on a regular ps4). I see two options, BF V and BF 1. Which one you would you consider closer to the old BF2 in style? Back in the days I appreciated the "more tactical" gameplay (compared to call of duty), and the ability to take planes and vehicles.

    P.s. I'm talking multiplayer, I won't play single. So I will need a solid community to play with.

    [BF1] How to deal with airplanes as a pilot?

    Title,

    I love flying and most of the times i pick an attack plane in order to be well equipped for ground support.

    When i see enemy planes i try to take them out because i know how frustrating it is to constantly get pelted by bombers.

    However, when i get on an airplanes tail, their tailgunner shreds me before i can down them.

    This happens even as a fighter with a bomberkiller kit, they just do more damage as a tailgunner.

    How do you deal with other airplanes offensively as a pilot? (obviously when i get attacked i switch to tailgunner seat and shoot them down too before they can do anything to me.

    In Battlefield Incursion, alternate history goes wild as the United States and the Soviet Union go to war in the 1980s. With era's golden records blasting out of the radio, fight against the red scourge-or the capitalist enemies.

    This time, with period-accurate weapons and attachments, legit women soldiers(US: 1976, Soviets: 1967), and an interesting "what if?" Take on warfare history, Incursion attempts to revitalize the spirit of Battlefield 3.

    [BF4] If you just bought Battlefield on Steam and keep getting kicked by Punkbuster, do this

    So a lot of people are experiencing getting kicked from every server after a few minutes. It's a simple fix really, but you shouldn't have to do it (thanks EA).

    Anyway here it is:

    1. Go to the official Punkbuster website and install Punkbuster from there

    2. Click on Add a game and select Battlefield 4 (make sure you already have the game installed)

    That's it. It's a bit stupid how the anti cheat doesn't come preinstalled with the game, but oh well.

    Thermal sights and their balance in Battlefield

    Seems like they are either super overpowered or super underpowered. And I think there's a reason that sometimes thermal is overpowered and that's because they are not portraying thermal scopes realistically. In real life heat signatures are not just on or off, certain parts of the body are hotter than other parts some parts are covered up that heat won't get through as well as if it were bare skin. Its a similar story for tanks, the entire tank isn't going to glow white or green only certain areas producing tons of heat such as the exhaust and the engine, the tracks, and the barrels of guns if they are firing bullets.

    And when I see Battlefield doing it (esp BF4, BF3 wasn't quite as bad) they always seem to get it so wrong and make it so every single player or player controlled entity is always 100% white or green all the time. I'm not sure how BFV does its thermal, but I know that since its ww2 its not up to modern standards.
