How do you people have fun in this game?

I got this game back on Twitch when it was free, and slept on it for a while. I'm not new to shooters, but when I spawn in I'm immediately deleted by someone on the opposite team with superior weapons and just zeros on whatever is in front of him.

Every fucking time.
Would play sniper, but projectile based sniper weapons make me die inside even more than I already am, and the vehicles feel really clunky on keyboard
