    For some reason i can only lauch BF1 trial and have 9 hours to play. When i have bought the full game and have 500+ hours played

    ive reset origin and the game - play button still phased out but running from icon launches a damn trial - never been the case before

    So hear me out...Battlefield:Red Alert

    So, had an idea for a future Battlefield...Instead of bouncing around whichever historical time period is currently the AAA zeitgeist, what if Battlefield instead went into a different universe, particularly the C&C Red Alert universe? EA does own the rights to both franchises and a C&C Renegade was pretty ahead of its time.

    Imagine the BF style of combined arms gameplay but with the color and character of the iconic Red Alert units. Units like the Tesla Trooper, Desolator, and Tanya could be SW:Battlefront-style hero classes. Vehicles like the Battle Fortress, Kirov, and Apocalypse Tank could be deployments for squad points. Terror Drones or Chrono-Shift as a battlefield support for squad points?

    Even the RTS aspect could be worked in utilizing BFV's Fortification system. Imagine building a Tesla Coil and then charging it up as a Tesla Trooper in 1st person...Maybe add in the Yuri and Imperial Japanese factions as DLC?

    Curious to hear the sub's thoughts

    Whats up guys, im new to your guys Sub and i thought i might share my Story with you here since theres no Official EA reddit.

    Im having issues connecting to servers in BF1 on my PC, i cant connect to any server anymore.

    So i contacted EA Customer support to help me, and after talking to them they want me to delete certain parts of my local appdata which is nothing unusual i suppose , but now they want me to delete my whole Local folder under APPDATA which is as far as im aware after reading this Whats Appdatas local folder for.

    Can anyone explain to me how deleting my whole settings should help me in any way or form with BF1 directly. They already directed to me to deleting Origins local data etc, so why now this.

    This is what the Supporter sent to me , Its in german so i suppose its only a few of you can read it properly, but you may be able to understand what they want me to do if you look see the commands.

    Drücke die Windows-Taste + R. Tippe in die Befehlszeile, die sich öffnet, %ProgramData%/Origin ein und klicke dann auf OK. Lösche alle darin enthaltenen Dateien und Ordner bis auf LocalContent. Diesen Ordner bitte nicht löschen. Drücke erneut die Windows-Taste + R. Tippe in die Befehlszeile %AppData% ein und klicke dann auf OK. Lösche im nun geöffneten Roaming-Ordner den Origin-Ordner. Klicke in der Adressleiste auf AppData. Öffne den Ordner Local. Lösche den darin enthaltenen Origin-Ordner. Starte deinen PC neu und melde dich erneut bei Origin an.

    After i told her that i dont think its a good idea to delete my whole games saves (settings atleast) she told me that thats not what it does, but didnt explain me any further what it actually did so i suppose she only read of a script and has no clue at all what im supposed to do.

    Please EA , if you have Technical support for Connection issues, hire people that can actually take care of such situations and not underpaid indians or other minor income countries who dont know anything about computers . It may costs more but atleast your Customer is satisfied afterwards.

    Afterwards she sent me an E-Mail and with a few other methods and closed the ticket. Id didnt get me any further than i was before
