Issues with BC on Xbox One

Hello, having issues with backwards compatibility trying to play Battlefield, it was completely fine up until lately where I'd boot the game up at I'd immediately be disconnected from Xbox live (on 360 but Xbox one is still connected) and says I have to be connected to play multiplayer etc etc, tried signing in/out, reconfiguring network, power cycling the Xbox, if anyone has any solutions I'd appreciate it.

Also another thing I'd like to ask, what is up with the majority of the servers? Like where you have to sign out and back in a couple of times or it to actually let you in, I've noticed that as a regular thing for quite a while now.

Run BF3

Install Venice Unleashed client - https://veniceunleashed.net/

Create VU account

Run VU client

Join [LAB] server

Profit.
