    I've been having some fun getting back into Battlefield. Played it a LOT on Xbox 360. And I mean a lot. BF3 was my go-to game for a good long while. Then obviously BF4. I've also put almost 100 hours into it on PC over the years, which isn't a lot, but when combined with the couple thousand hours I played it on console...

    At any rate, it's giving me no end of trouble lately and I have no idea why.

    First of all, I have a decent PC. Windows 10. Ryzen 7 3800X. Vega 56. It runs BF3/4/1 on basically the highest settings (have to lower BF1 a little bit to make sure it stays above 100fps) well on my 144hz display. Hardware is not an issue. Never has been, even when using older hardware over the years.

    Here's a list of all the issues I've been having since I just redownloaded this game a few days ago.

    1: It'll randomly freeze when joining a server. Seems to be possible on any map and after any amount of playtime. Once it does this, the x64 version is impossible to launch until reboot.

    2: It'll get stuck launching my web browser even if x64 is selected and again, the only way to break this cycle is to reboot.

    3: Punkbuster is absolute garbage and I hate it with a passion. It'll randomly kick me from games because it fails to start up the pnkbstrB service and I have to start it manually, and then it'll randomly kick me from games because it times out when trying to download updates (or at least that's what the error message says happened).

    I don't have these issues with BF3 or BF1. It's ONLY BF4 that's doing this crap, and since BF3 is basically dead and Hardline is a trash-tier game... I'm apparently stuck with this shit for my modern battlefield experience and it's getting real old real fast.

    So you know that emblem color glitch you can do that changes the color on your sleeves and vest? I was wondering if any other colors other than blue, yellow, red, green etc works like for an example white, black, brown, and grey?

    Help with ps3 bf4

    Stuck on Loading Screen. Can't start BF4 on my PC

    Hello everyone, I've played BF4 on my Xbox360 (Or was it Xbox One?) back in the days, and since now it's on Steam and EA Plays i figured I could return playing. Though much to my sadness, the game doesn't start.

    When I open the game it blocks on the initial loading screen, the one with the 3 lines appearing in the top right of the screen. It doesn't go past that part at all, and I don't know what to do.
    I've tried everything I believe. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried updating Punkbuster, manually too. I've even tried to load a game through Battlelog though it never goes past that loading screen.

    Online everyone says that it's a Punkbuster problem, but I can't find what's wrong with it.
    PnkbstrA.exe and PnkbstrB.exe were in SysWOW64 so it didn't find them, so I moved them in System32, now it finds them. The program used to test if punkbuster answers says that PnkbstrB.exe isn't running, so maybe that's the problem, though if I execute it, nothing happens.

    I hoped someone had the same problem and could help me with this. I'm pretty sad that I can't play this game anymore.

    I'm based in Ireland and I'd only have a few people on it. Just curious if you could help me out, that'd be great!

    As well as, I'd like to edit and make my own rules just like other servers.
