    I've e wanted to get into FPS for a while and been put off because of my age (40). I just think that my reactions are slower and such stuff.

    Anyway for my 40th my wife and kids got me an Xbox One X with the series X deal + pass + gold and I subbed to EA Access/Premium as it was sold that all DLC for BF4 was included.

    However I can't play multiplayer as it says I need to purchase the DLC. On the screen when I look at the DLC it says owned.

    So I had a painful chat with EA customer service that went nowhere and I might as well of talked to my kids about it.

    Anyway they said contact Microsoft who said contact EA.

    All I want to do is try my hand at online with B4 as it looks great fun. Any suggestions?

    Edit: Just wanted to say when I spoke to EA CS I was passed around like currency.

    I used to play Battlefield a lot with the Bad Company games. I liked 3 and to an extent 4 as well. I tried Battlefield 1 and it just didn't feel right. It felt like I was playing EA Battlefront 2015 with a World War 1 Skin. I passed on Battlefield V because of this, but I like DICE and what they've done with Battlefront II. But I'd rather the game play similar to Battlefield 3/4 if I'm gonna be honest.

    I was on that small, snow covered, mountain map. We where shredding till a few people in a squad took to the skies. 2 in bombers and 2 in fighters to protect the bombers and they where good or hacking (follow one of them straight up till my plane stalled and he kept going till he was out of sight). Normally not a problem. Me and my guys grab AA guns and go ham but these guys kill us like we are mosquitoes and Doge our shots like ww2 vets. We tried dogfighting but we SUCK at planes. What's the best plane in each faction (from factory no specialization) to DF with?
