Battlefield 3 Banned by PunkBuster?

Banned by PunkBuster? Posted: 11 Dec 2019 06:23 AM PST Hello, I was wanting to play Battlefield 3 (PC) this morning after not playing it since Friday. I clicked to join a server, and after it loaded, it immediately closed and gave me this reason: Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'Hrynix' ... GLOBAL PunkBuster GUID BAN 0791b792 I was definitely surprised to see this, and it does this for all servers. I've never cheated in a video game before and never will. Is this a mistake or a bug?
