    Loved the game on console at launch, switched to pc a few years back and I'm just now getting around to playing bf4. The games still as good as I remember but I'm just wondering if people play on the expansions more than the base game? I don't mind paying for the expansion(s) if that's where the player base is these days

    I have a few questions regarding custom servers

    I'm new to the game. 1. (Almost) Everytime me and my friends join a custom sever in a squad we get split into separate teams. Is there a option to swap teams? 2. Are the official servers worth playing on and would that counter the problem with the team splitting? Or should I just stick to the custom servers?

    The simple fact that EA released an FPS boost for next gen consoles just made every cod game look bad especially MODERN WARFARE and COLD WAR , Bf4 now run a smooth 120hz and looks 200 times better than any call of duty

    How To Get Better At Sniping And Recon Class Guide

    Hi, im a total noob when it comes to sniping in this game, i can barely hit any shots, let alone to the head, so i come once again to reddit for help lol. So some things i want to know are first of all is its even worth sniping in BF4 normal mode on PS4, since not only its extremely hard to be effective, but also you dont have any aim assist iirc. Since the answer is probably yes, i also want to know if i should always be going for headshots, and what sniper and scope i should use (as well as the rest of the class but im not so lost there), since i heard you should always use the same for those. Also overall sniping and recon class tips would be appreciated or anything you consider i should know or anything i can do or look up to get better at sniping/recon class, and better at the game overall. Lastly, i wanted to share my opinion on the recon class, and that is that although headshots are very rewarding, it feels unfair that the bullet velocity is so low when you only get one shots in the head, but i still play recon bc i have a soft spot for snipers in every game i play lol. LMK what you think and if you have anything that can help, thanks in advance.

    TL;DR: Bad at sniping, want to git gud.
