| Team Swapping and Playing with Friends Posted: 23 Dec 2020 12:11 PM PST Finding a good server in BF4 is really hard in 2020. And with friends, it sometimes takes me over 20 minutes to find a good server to play with. It seems that most servers and Battlefield in general doesnt care about squads or friends because it tries to seperate you all as much as possible, with no measures taken to insure that you get to play with eachother. Playing with friends is honestly difficult to pull off because most of these private servers (ugh) are their own little dictatorships with endless stupid rules that ticks at least one of us off. No snipers this, no C4 that, no shotguns this, no mortars that - no fun basically. This wouldnt be such a problem if the game had a more detailed and intricate server brower where you could see exactly what servers are about before you join them. The worst of them all is the silly team swapping conspiracy. I guess the people that play this game are so lonely that happening to have to swap to the winning team to play with your friends is some sort of conspiracy to 'win' or something, so its often not permitted. The possiblity of playing in a squad doesnt even compute with most server owners, and this sucks because playing in a squad is the best Battlefield can get. This is honestly the worst thing about Battlefield 4 imo that lets it down right now, the matchmaking and general lack of support. [link] [comments] | ||

| How to start at this game in 2020 almost 2021? Posted: 22 Dec 2020 04:05 PM PST I have actually played for 107 hours and I'm almost level 70 but still can't get good. This game is frustrating. Favoriting servers is not helping; Most servers I favorite because of super good rounds can have shit rounds the next time I join them. Joining the wrong server wastes a lot of time between browsing, joining, trying, getting out and repeating. People is sweaty as fucking hell, be either vehicle tryhards or infantry shitbuckets. They have superhuman aim or something, also, when you complain about anything, the entire server will tell you on chat either "quit crying/waah/quit whimping" or "lmao trash KD" Game itself is pretty inconsistent with the outdated netcode, the glitches and both team balance and weapon balance. Official servers are dead so you'll often find servers with absurd rules or shitty admins (Like Luxserver) Getting friends is unviable since I only have 2 friends who play BF4 and I don't get the chance to play with them together too often because of several reasons and I don't think asking on the forums will help. I've had super good squads at times but never found those people again because they wouldn't accept my friend request or I would forget to send them a friend request What the fuck do I do? I really am desperate and I dont wanna go back to BF1 because Im tired of it [link] [comments] |
