I thought that MAV kills were nerfed years ago but was in a game and experienced a player getting a lot of MAV kills when running into players. Was this possible all along or did this player have a secret strategy? Playing on Xbox One.

so my system ryzen 2700 oc to 3.9 thermaltake ram 3600 cl 18 16gb 2070super 1080p 165hz monitor on ultra im sat at like 100fps? this has to be cpu right?
