[BF2] Copy came with No CD Key? Posted: 12 Jan 2020 08:59 AM PST I finally got around to installing a copy of Battlefield 2 Complete Collection I picked up a few years back but It doesn't come with a CD key on the back of the box? There was a piece of paper with warranty information and a code at the bottom but it was too small for the CD Key. There were the letters DGE07705633IS above the Barcode but those are still too small for the CD Key and they were on the right of the box, not the left like the message claimed. Is it some tiny print that I'm missing or is my copy just missing the CD key? [link] [comments]

[BF] I used to dislike heavy filters, but now I realize there is a point to them and I kinda miss it Posted: 11 Jan 2020 11:13 PM PST I used to be very harsh about BF3s blue color filter because I thought it made the game overly dull, and while blue may not be the best filter for a shooter, I do think that something the last 4 games have lacked on most maps was a dark washed out atmosphere. most of the time maps have been bright beautiful days and/ or rainy days; there wasnt any smog or smoke from the supposed war you're meant to be a part of except for a few maps; a couple instances where I feel like newer games did feel like you were the middle of a big conflict was as follows: St. Quinten Scar, Operation Firestorm (BF4 version), Passchendaele, Tsaritsyn, Verdun Heights, and devastation. I may e be missing a couple, but the point is, most maps seem to take place during bright beautiful days or rainy days, but rarely do I feel like there's been an active bit of smog in the sky. But I was thinking of a thing that might be cool. Dynamic battle smoke/ smog; the idea is this: at the beginning of the round it starts off as a beautiful day or night, but over the course of the entire game the smog increases reaching its peak when the round is about 50% complete. No it won't ever be Shanghai levels of smog as that'd just be annoying and would look awful, the kind of smog I'm thinking wouldn't really effect visibility unless it benefited the map design like say if they were to bring back a map from an older game which was designed with a low render distance, the smog I'm talking about would only slightly effect visibility and mostly would just be a darker sky covered by smoke. In my mind this would increase the immersion of the game and it would be cool, but who knows it could also really hurt the game, idk. I just kinda wish maps had a little bit darker atmospheres. The level of smog I envision would be a lower than the levels of smog found in the BF3 mission where you invade Tehran, but it's that same idea just for an extra immersion. Lmk your thoughts. How to open BF4 ports? [Question] Posted: 12 Jan 2020 04:56 AM PST I saw so many tutorials but they all are like from 2014, all outdated. So the Ports for PC are TCP 80, 443, 5222, 9988, 17502, 20000-20100, 22990, 42127 and UDP 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300. First question, witch of them do I need to open? All those numbers? Then on my Router website it says "Port to device (Number here) to port (number here) https://imgur.com/a/eAZdLDg what does that mean? Idk why everything has to be so complicated... [link] [comments]
