    Haven't played since bf3, picked up the new cod on launch, have played almost daily until today. I always wanted to play bf4 but went through a period where I had no internet so I couldnt play.

    Is it worth purchasing digitally?

    I don't understand how people see me so quickly/easily.

    I'm fairly new to the game but have played BF3 in the past and I am getting a bit disheartened with this game. It seems like no matter what I do after I spawn I get randomly killed from vehicles that I didn't even notice.
     
    Even if I immediately go prone in a bush after spawning and do nothing I'm shot and killed within 30 seconds by some guy with 50 kills and I do not understand why. Last night on Siege of Shanghai I spawned on a squadmate under the building entrance near a point we had control of and laid there out of sight hugging the wall not doing anything. About 20 seconds later a helicopter killed me from 1000m away. This happened 10+ times before I just gave up.
     
    Is there some better method for spotting that I'm unaware of that can even see people without line of sight? I always spot out enemies when I see them and hope my teammates do the same, but I'm wondering if there is some item or tactic these people are using that allow them to spot me so quickly even when I'm fairly well hidden and not shooting. What am I missing?

    Like the semiautomatics arent real semiautomatics in this game like its not always shooting when you press the mouse like its lagging this is the same with semi auto shotgun..

    So I have tried downloading the China rising dlc about 3-4 times on Xbox and it still is saying I am missing it. Was this issue ever resolved or am I just out of luck?

    Don't get me wrong, I really like the weapons grind on MW and prefer it to the weird system in BF4 that relies a lot on battlepacks, and gives me rifles with only iron sights with scopes unlocking at some time in the future. Actual gameplay though? Awesome. Kills just feel so good in this game, and it's good to be able to coordinate and flip games without killstreaks fucking everything up.

    Are there any Oceanic servers?

    I got this game originally when it first came out on Xbox. It has always been my favourite game ever. Now I have a pc I am wondering are there many oceanic servers to play on or do people not play this game anymore?
