With the new Steam X EA deal, how about an all DLC included version of BF3 to steam?

Hi, I've been playing BF3 on PS3 for a while. While games are hit and miss on competitiveness (most are just one stacked team against another that either has too few players of consists of mainly "noobs." I'm looking for someone who has a mic or doesn't I guess, to go into games that are being dominated and play as a squad to even up the score, or bring about a competitive match that is enjoyable. Thx
