    Battlefield V overheating my CPU regardless of the settings

    Hi everyone.

    I have been reading some other Reddit and EA posts in which some people had the same issue as me.

    I have an MSI GL65 Leopard laptop with 16 GB or RAM and an RTX 2070 Super. Furthermore, I also use Throttlestop with all the games, and it seems to work fine with them all.

    The thing is, that with BFV, I can reach a very high frame rate even in Ultra settings, but the FPS start throttling up and down because the game uses so much CPU, it starts to heat up until 95º C.

    I have tried lowering the settings even to Low, but it feels as if it had no effect on the CPU temperature. I also have Ray Tracing turned off, and I followed some steps from some user who said that going back to DX11 could also help, but none of those things lowered the temps.

    Having said that, it is not a cooling system issue because I have no problems with other games that could also be demanding. And it is so strange that playing with low settings makes almost no change.

    Has this happened to any of you? Do you have any suggestions if you fixed that?

    Is anyone else completely unable to find populated servers? I've tried to log on and give the new update a try but for the past week I've always gotten into a virtually empty lobby. I'm playing on the series x with crossplay enabled.

    Hi,

    after upgrading to an ASUS RX6900XT, I get sometime some weird reflection bugs. As far as I understand, Radeon GPUs can't handle ray tracing very well. But should it look like this? It is not permanent. Only in some circumstances. I already reinstalled Battlefield V completely and updated the drivers. Any further advices?
