I got tired of shitty new shooters like Cold War and I decided screw it im just gonna play bf4 again and I'm so glad I did, I even convinced my friends to hop on for a bit. Poor performance and weird stuff. Posted: 05 Mar 2021 11:55 AM PST After months of not playing, yesterday i launched the game and the first thing I noticed was that some servers had a ping completely wrong (like 7 or 8 digits). Loading times were also much worse (like 100% slower)Once in game, ping was normal, but performance was all over the place. GPU usage jumps between 60% and 98%, RAM usage goes as far as 9+ GB (Which doesn't make sense as I used to play this game with 8GB of RAM perfectly fine), and FPS go as low as 40fps.Nothing has changed since the last time I played. Same PC (i5 4670k 3.8ghz, 16gb, RX580 8GB), same W10 installation and even same gpu drivers. Edit: Temperatures are between 65 and 70 Celsius. submitted by /u/sart49 [link] [comments]

PSA regarding the megladon dice camo for those looking to unlock Posted: 05 Mar 2021 10:55 AM PST A little note for those having difficulties unlocking this camo, one you have been struck by lightning once, you do not need to do that part again. I can confirm that if you have been hit by the lightning at some point (me months ago and forgetting about it) you can come back to the tree at anytime and finish the Easter egg.
