My idea for next battlefield (Vietnam) [discussion] Posted: 25 Feb 2020 03:01 PM PST My idea for next battlefield (Vietnam) I think it would be great if the next battlefield was set in Vietnam. We could have all the jungle maps and cities. And places like Laos. And swamps Vehicles-jeeps, helicopters, boats Guerrilas vs Americans Maps could be large and have dense foliage which could lead to stealth attacks and escaping helicopters. Vietcong could place traps in the jungle like pitfalls etc Because dice has been on the inclusive side recently they could have female guerrila soldiers as this was not uncommon. I would hope the vehicle gameplay would be more skilled and that less automatic lock on weapons would be used but instead among accuratly with rpgs or using anti air defences found on the ground. To allow balance we could have it where the soldiers In the helicopters would have to get out on the ground allowing for easy RPG shots if guerrilas are nearby. This will be controversial but I think this battlefield should have differences between sides and what guns they can take for example guerrilas aks, Americans using m16s. The same would apply to vehicles where Americans have helicopters. This would allow for more strategies and rewarding gameplay as you would want to play another match to play as the other faction and have a completely different playstyle. Communication and teamwork could be improved on with bigger squads and a feature to take a radio to speak with the whole team. The gadget feature will be massively improved this would allow you to take more gadgets Maybeye 2 primary this would be your RPG, blowtorch. And 2 secondary this would be your radio, binoculars and booby traps. Customaization could be realistic but varied with the Americans being able to take bandannas, glasses, dog tags and calling cards. The guerrilas could have farmers hats, scarf. I think the main point I have is not to get crazy customaizations like the elites but to have small but detailed changes that we can add to our character to make it our own. Anyway what do you think? Posted: 25 Feb 2020 05:34 PM PST I've heard only bad things about Battlefield 5, which is so devastating to me because next to the Wild West, WW2 is my favorite historical event, and hearing that Battlefield 5 screwed it up, I am sad, but still open to it. I don't have very much money, only recently became old enough to get a job, so right now I don't have much sending money, is it worth blowing on Battlefield 5? [link] [comments]

[Question] BF veteran buying Battlefield V Posted: 25 Feb 2020 01:48 PM PST I play every battlefield, except BF5. I see 2 versions, with content from 2019 and standard edition. Can you get the weapons in the standard edition or is it only available with Year 2? Or taking too long to unlock the weapons? [link] [comments]
