    I have a ps4 and was wondering if BF4 is still worth getting. How is the player base? Will I ever be able to get in to a conquest match and it's actually 32v32?

    (sorry for my bad English, not my first language)

    So, the other day I purchased BF1 + premium pass and tried to play, but I couldn't find any matches, even when I searched on all modes/all maps, the only way I could find to play multiplayer was to enter directly to a server. Anyone knows why I can't find matches? I'm in South America if that affects.

    I would personally love to see them do another Vietnam game, seeing as to how many people loved the helicopters from bf4 because it added another dynamic to the chaos, I could see how they could revisit it with some historical parts while maintaining the fun. That is of course if they could pull it off without making the fan base angry.

    In 2015 Nvidia changed the standard setting V-Sync on to off with G-Sync enabled, which wasn't visible before and capped the fps before. So that G-Sync was working in its fps range limited by the monitors Hz (Refresh rate). Nvidia added the option V-Sync, that doesn't work like a typical V-Sync in combination with G-Sync and made the standard setting V-Sync off (before and not visible on „on"). V-Sync off in combination with G-Sync lets the GPU render more frames as the monitors max Hz, if the fps exceeds the limit tearing begins and less input lag. So to bring back old style of G-Sync for tearing free gaming V-Sync on with G-Sync enabled is the way.

    Though i read from a site that additionally add an ingame framelimit (gametime.maxvariablefps) 2-10 fps under the max Hz your monitor can show. Because G-Sync doesn't work perfect if the fps=max Hz.

    So best for input lag + tearing free gaming is: G-Sync on + V-Sync on + V-Sync off ingame + framelimit ingame

    Some changes I'd wanna see —>

    • Remove dots on minimap when firing completely, like they did in BF1. Suppressors could then hide the killcam of the enemy, and maybe doesn't penalise you too hard on the range/damage aspect either.

    • Lower effectiveness of Tanks, Planes and Helicopters overall. I don't know how they'd go about this but I think something certainly needs to be done as tanks are quite frankly OP in this game. Maybe lower the spawn rate more, and overall give them less HP than before.

    • Fill out some of the more open maps with more structures and complexes. On maps like Golmud Railway, Lancang Dam, Rogue Transmission etc, they should build up the areas more as engaging infantry gameplay really isn't a thing as they're open tank heavy maps with little to work with as an infantry player.

    • Spotting should be changed so as a player, you know you've been seen. This small change would go along way to improving feedback to the player to create less frustrations.
