The future of rented servers Posted: 25 Nov 2019 04:45 AM PST On BF4, most of the servers are rented servers instead of DICE servers. People who own the rented servers might one day discontinue paying for them as it costs a lot of money. The other reason might be they moved onto other Battlefield instalments or other games all together.
